TLDR
In this paper, it is shown using numerical methods, that the magnitude of singular values dramatically reflects the minimum of non-minimum phase structure of the system allowing clear interpretation of the magnitudes of the condition number.

Moving force identification based on the frequency-time domain method

TL;DR: In this article, the authors used a frequency-time domain method to identify moving vehicle axle loads based on measured bridge responses using a bridge-vehicle system model and the bending moment responses of a two-axle vehicle model.

A Data-Driven Iterative Decoupling Feedforward Control Strategy With Application to an Ultraprecision Motion Stage

TL;DR: A data-driven decoupling feedforward control scheme with iterative tuning with a stable inversion method combined with singular value decomposition to meet the challenge of the crosstalk problem in multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) motion control systems is developed.

Experimental identification for inverse problem of a mechanical system with a non-minimum phase based on singular value decomposition

TL;DR: In this paper, the SVD inverse technique is introduced to execute an effective inversion of a non-minimum phase system, where the system matrix may be singular or near-singular and has very small singular values.
