Usage intention model of mobile apps in membership application

TLDR
In this paper, the authors investigated the factors influencing the intention to use mobile membership applications and devised a usage intention model, which can help firms develop successful mobile membership application to effectively implement customer relationship management, and found that both perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use had a significant positive effect on user attitude in decision making regarding whether to use a mobile membership app, whereas perceived risk significantly negatively affected user attitude.
