STRAP is available at http://strapjava. de and http://www. charite. de/bioinf/strap. HotSwap is a useful and time-saving technique for bioinformatics developers.
The results show that our new approach is very precise in a strap area.
It is shown that this steric hindrance is influenced by the nature of the strap and that it can be approximated.
