Journal ArticleDOI
TL;DR: In this article, the structural, electronic, optic, elastic and dynamic properties of Li2TlSb and Li 2TlBi full-Heusler structure are studied by first principles calculations.

Journal ArticleDOI
TL;DR: In this article, a simulation of Rayleigh-type surface acoustic wave attenuation and phase-velocity dispersion with a finite element method (FEM) is presented. But, the FEM simulation is based on matching the spatial two-point correlation function of a Laguerre tessellation with that obtained from optical micrographs of a previously studied aluminum sample.

Journal ArticleDOI
TL;DR: In this article, correlation-based analysis is used to extract features of inter-scale modulation in turbulent pipe flows, and the R e τ -independence of geometric features is shown with the outer scaling.

Journal ArticleDOI
TL;DR: In this paper, a two-pole approximation within the composite operator method was used to compute the corresponding Green's functions of the t -J model, and the results were compared to those of an exact numerical method on a finite system to asses their reliability.
