TL;DR: In this paper, the authors presented an optical group catalog between 0.1 < z < 1 based on 16,500 high-quality spectroscopic redshifts in the completed zCOSMOS-bright survey.

The VIMOS VLT Deep Survey: the redshift distribution N(z) of magnitude-limited samples down to iAB=24.75 and KsAB=22
O. Le Fevre,A. Iovino,A. Pollo,M. Bolzonella,P. Cassata,D. Maccagni,V. Le Brun,Lucia Pozzetti,O. Cucciati,C. Lopez-Sanjuan,Daniela Vergani,Laurence Tresse,T. Contini,S. Bardelli,Marco Scodeggio,L. A. M. Tasca,S. de la Torre,H. J. McCracken,A. Zanichelli,O. Ilbert,E. Zucca,B. Garilli,G. Zamorani +22 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors use the VIMOS VLT Deep Survey (VVDS) final data release on the 0226-04 field to measure and analyse the redshift distribution N(z) of magnitude-selected samples using spectroscopic redshift measurement up to z ≥ 5.
Journal ArticleDOI
Discordant redshifts in compact groups
A. Iovino,Paul Hickson +1 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors used an homogenous catalogue of 173 compact groups selected by an automated procedure to objectively predict the fraction of discordant redshifts with high statistical accuracy, and then applied these results to the sample of 92 compact groups in Hickson's revised catalogue.

Zamorani +56 more
TL;DR: In this article, the authors investigated the dependence of galaxy clustering on luminosity and stellar mass in the redshift range 0.5 < 1.1, using the first ~55000 redshifts from the VIMOS Public Extragalactic Redshift Survey (VIPERS).
