2,4-Dichloro-N-cyclo-hexyl-benzamide.
TL;DR: In the title molecule, C13H15Cl2NO, the cyclohexane ring adopts a chair conformation and intermolecular N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds link the molecules into infinite chains along the [010] direction.
Journal ArticleDOI
New Substituted Thiazol‐2‐ylidene‐benzamides and Their Reaction with 1‐Aza‐2‐azoniaallene Salts. Synthesis and anti‐HIV Activity.
TL;DR: In this paper, a series of N-(3-(substituted-alkylor halophenyl)-4-methylthiazol-2(3H)-ylidene)-substitized alkylor halo-benzamides were prepared by base-catalyzed cyclization.
Journal ArticleDOI
Synthesis, Crystal Structure, Hirshfeld Surface Analysis, DFT, and DNA-Binding Studies of (E)-2-(3-Hydroxy-4-Methoxybenzylidene)Hydrazinecarbothioamide
