TL;DR: Sedation with propofol sedation might increase the quality of upper endoscopy, and this finding may have a significant impact on the selection of the type of sedation, not only in terms of increasing patients' acceptance of the procedure, but also for improving the diagnostic accuracy of upper gastrointestinal endoscopic examination.

TL;DR: Assessment of SARS-CoV-2 infection among HCWs providing gastroenterological services in Egypt found presence of positive test results among asymptomatic HCWs illustrates the importance of screening all HCWs irrespective of symptoms.
