Annual carbon exchange between a nutrient poor, minerotrophic, boreal mire and the atmosphere
Jörgen Sagerfors,Anders Lindroth,Achim Grelle,Leif Klemedtsson,Per Weslien,Marie-Charlotte Nilsson +5 more
TL;DR: In this article, the authors present data from 3 a (2001-2003) of continuous Eddy Covariance measurements at Degero Stormyr (64 degrees 11'N, 19 degrees 33'E) an oligotrophic, minerotrophic mire in Sweden.

Are vegetation-specific model parameters required for estimating gross primary production?
Wenping Yuan,Wenping Yuan,Shuguang Liu,Wenwen Cai,Wenjie Dong,Jiquan Chen,Jiquan Chen,Altaf Arain,Peter D. Blanken,Alessandro Cescatti,Georg Wohlfahrt,Teodoro Georgiadis,Lorenzo Genesio,Damiano Gianelle,Achim Grelle,Gerard Kiely,Alexander Knohl,Dan Liu,Michal V. Marek,Lutz Merbold,Leonardo Montagnani,Oleg Panferov,Mikko Peltoniemi,Serge Rambal,Antonio Raschi,Andrej Varlagin,Jiangzhou Xia +26 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors examined the predictive capacity of seven light use efficiency (LUE) models and showed that a universal set of parameters, which is independent of vegetation cover type and characteristics can be adopted in prevalent LUE models.

From source to sink – recovery of the carbon balance in young forests
TL;DR: In this article , the authors analyzed ecosystem carbon fluxes from eddy-covariance measurements in five young forests in southern Sweden where the previous stand had been harvested by clear-cutting or wind-felled: three stands with Norway spruce (Picea abies (L.) Karst.), one with Scots pine (Pinus sylvestris) and one with Larch (Larix x eurolepis A. Henry).
