Magnesium doped TiO2 as an efficient electron transport layer in perovskite solar cells

TL;DR: In this paper, Magnesium (Mg) doped TiO2 based ETL was systematically investigated to enhance the optical and morphological properties of the layer and the interface, and it was observed that with Mg doping in mesoporousTiO2, morphology of TiO 2-based ETL film was significantly improved thereby providing an interface for the growth of absorber layer.
