Reporting of harms data in RCTs: a systematic review of empirical assessments against the CONSORT harms extension
TL;DR: In this paper, a systematic review suggests that this is compromised due to poor reporting of harms which is evident across a range of clinical areas, including hypertension, urology, epilepsy, complimentary medicine, and two not restricted to a clinical topic.

TL;DR: Overall burnout in physicians was associated with an almost four times decrease in job satisfaction compared with increased job satisfaction, and career choice regret increased by more than threefold compared with being satisfied with their career choice.
