Journal ArticleDOI
A decision support model for sustainable supplier selection in sustainable supply chain management
TL;DR: A hybrid model is proposed to identify the most sustainable supplier with respect to the determined attributes using an Iranian textile manufacturing company as case study and the results show that economic aspect is still the most essential aspect, followed by environmental aspect and finally social aspect.
Journal ArticleDOI
Long-term electrical energy consumption formulating and forecasting via optimized gene expression programming
S. Hr. Aghay Kaboli,Alireza Fallahpour,Jeyraj Selvaraj,Nasrudin Abd Rahim,Nasrudin Abd Rahim +4 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the effects of two different historical data types on electrical energy consumption of ASEAN-5 counties were analyzed using GEP (gene expression programming) to precisely formulate the relationships between historical data and electricity consumption.
Journal ArticleDOI
An integrated model for green supplier selection under fuzzy environment: application of data envelopment analysis and genetic programming approach
Alireza Fallahpour,Ezutah Udoncy Olugu,Siti Nurmaya Musa,Dariush Khezrimotlagh,Kuan Yew Wong +4 more
TL;DR: GP provides a robust nonlinear mathematical equation for the suppliers’ efficiency using the determined criteria and is integrated with a new AI approach namely genetic programming (GP) to overcome the shortcomings of previous DEA–AI models in supplier selection.
Journal ArticleDOI
Fuzzy-based sustainable manufacturing assessment model for SMEs
TL;DR: In this paper, a fuzzy inference system-based model for the evaluation of manufacturing sustainability of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) is proposed, where decision makers' opinion of the importance of sustainability measures and indicators and also the performance of enterprise with respect to indicators are gathered using linguistic variables.
Journal ArticleDOI
A hybrid intelligent fuzzy predictive model with simulation for supplier evaluation and selection
TL;DR: A hybrid ANFIS-ANN model is proposed to assist managers in their supplier evaluation process and Multi-Layer Perceptron (MLP) is used to predict and rank the suppliers' performance based on the most effective criteria.
