Journal ArticleDOI

DNMT3A and TET2 dominate clonal hematopoiesis and demonstrate benign phenotypes and different genetic predispositions.

TL;DR: The discordance between the high prevalence of mutations in these 2 genes and their limited biological impact raise the question of the potential role of dysregulated epigenetic modifiers in normal aging hematopoiesis, which may include support to failing hematosynthesis.
Journal ArticleDOI

Family Study of Restless Legs Syndrome in Quebec, Canada Clinical Characterization of 671 Familial Cases

TL;DR: The clinical data indicated that fRLS is more prominent among women who also had increased incidence of anemia/iron deficiency, arthritis, and number of pregnancies, and afflicted women tend to have a much younger age of onset.
