FPGA implementation of high-speed tunable IIR band pass notch filter for identification of hot-spots in protein
TL;DR: Field Programmable Gate Array implementation of Infinite Impulse Response (IIR) band pass notch (BPN) digital filter (tuned automatically by characteristics frequency of protein family) is carried out in this paper for further speed‐up of this protein analysis process.
Proceedings ArticleDOI
Storage Constrained Smart Meter Sensing using Semi-Tensor Product
TL;DR: This is the first study to use the semi-tensor product (STP) for compressed sensing (CS) of power consumption data in the smart grid and has the advantage of reducing the dimension of the sensing matrix needed to sense the signal, thereby significantly lowering the storage requirements.

Abstract 4105: Localized and triggered release of oxaliplatin for the treatment of colorectal liver metastasis
Venkateswara Rao Gogineni,Wooram Park,Jaidip Jagtap,Abdul K. Parchur,Gayatri Sharma,Amit Joshi,Dong-Hyun Kim,Andrew C. Larson,Sarah B. White +8 more
TL;DR: A liposome formulation is developed and evaluated that delivers oxaliplatin under magnetic field stimulus in a rat model of colorectal liver metastases to mitigate the associated toxicities of systemic chemotherapy.
