Multimodal optical molecular image reconstruction with frequency domain measurements
Marc Bartels,Wenxue Chen,Rizia Bardhan,Shi Ke,Naomi J. Halas,Todd A. Wareing,John M. McGhee,Amit Joshi +7 more
TL;DR: It is demonstrated that gold NS ICG with multifrequency NIR FDOT is a promising fluorophore for multimodal optical molecular image reconstruction and employed radiative transport equation (RTE) for 3D reconstruction of a target in an ex vivo nude mouse.
Journal ArticleDOI
Pharmacognostic and phytochemical evaluation and antipyretic activity of leaves of lantana camara linn.
TL;DR: Evaluation of fresh, powdered and anatomical sections of the leaves was carried out to determine the morphological, microscopical andphytochemical profiles of L.camara Linn and revealed the presence of alkaloids, triterpenoid, essential oil, flavanoids, carbohydrates, tannins and saponins.
Journal ArticleDOI
Beyond GWAS of Colorectal Cancer: Evidence of Interaction with Alcohol Consumption and Putative Causal Variant for the 10q24.2 Region.

TL;DR: This study suggests that the association with colorectal cancer in 10q24.2/COX15 observed in genome-wide association study is strongest in nondrinkers, and identifies rs1318920 as the putative causal regulatory variant for the region.
Journal ArticleDOI
VLSI Implementation of Reliable and Secure Face Recognition System
Vipul Sharma,Amit Joshi +1 more
TL;DR: In the proposed system, biometric data is not saved in the database directly, instead, random data is saved along with a hash function which is matched during authentication, which has best FAR in comparison of similar previous work for biometric authentication.
Journal ArticleDOI

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors used a Mendelian randomization approach to evaluate the association between genetically predicted C-reactive protein (CRP) concentrations and colorectal cancer-specific survival.
