Assessment of Insulin Sensitivity and its Convalescence with Dietary Rehabilitation in Undernourished Rural West Bengal Population.

TL;DR: Six months study revealed the existence of insulin resistance and malnourishment in the selected rural population in three groups and decreased in HOMA-IR, IRI, FBS and serum insulin alongside the improvement in the body mass is evocative of restoration of insulin sensitivity with nutrition supplementation.
