Journal ArticleDOI

Dual targeting of IGF-1R and PDGFR inhibits proliferation in high-grade gliomas cells and induces radiosensitivity in JNK-1 expressing cells.

TL;DR: Co-expression of Insulin like growth factor-1 receptor (IGF-1R) and platelet derived growth factor receptor (PDGFR) and co-inhibition in two high-grade gliomas (HGG) cell lines 18 and 38 caused an increased cell death and induced the radiosensitization of the JNK1 expressing cell line.
Journal ArticleDOI

Amplification of 2p as a genomic marker for transformation in lymphoma

TL;DR: Quantitative real‐time PCR showed a higher level of amplification of REL, USP34, and COMMD1 (all involved in the NFκΒ‐pathway) compared with BCL11A, which indicates that the altered genes disrupting the NFσΒ pathway may be the driver genes of transformation rather than the previously suggested BCL 11A.
Journal ArticleDOI

p53 is associated with high-risk and pinpoints TP53 missense mutations in mantle cell lymphoma

TL;DR: The accuracy of p53 as a tool to identify patients with TP53 missense mutations and the prognostic impact of overexpression and mutations in a Swedish population‐based cohort was found to be 82%, with sensitivity at 82% and specificity at 100% in paired samples.
Journal ArticleDOI

CD274 (PD-L1)/PDCD1 (PD-1) expression in de novo and transformed diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.

TL;DR: It is shown that complete surgical excision is essential for the management of patients with breast implant-associated anaplastic large-cell lymphoma and whole exome sequencing reveals activating JAK1 and STAT3 mutations in breast implants-associated hyper-large cell lymphoma anaplastics large cell.
