TL;DR: The clinically meaningful prolongation of overall survival and favourable safety profile of pembrolizumab in patients with recurrent or metastatic head and neck squamous cell carcinoma support the further evaluation of p embrolizUMab as a monotherapy and as part of combination therapy in earlier stages of disease.
Journal ArticleDOI
Pathomorphological Manifestations and the Course of the Cervical Cancer Disease Determined by Variations in the TLR4 Gene
TL;DR: In this paper , the impact of polymorphisms in genotypes and alleles on the pathomorphological characteristics and progression in a group of 172 cervical cancer subjects with stage I-IV was investigated.
Journal ArticleDOI
TIRAP Rs8177376, Rs611953, Rs3802814, and Rs8177374 Polymorphisms and Their Association with Cervical Cancer Phenotype and Prognosis
Justina Bekampyte,Aiste Savukaityte,Agnė Bartnykaitė,Rasa Ugenskienė,Egle Ziliene,Arturas Inciura,Elona Juozaityte +6 more
TL;DR: The results revealed that older age at the time of diagnosis was statistically linked with the rs8177376 T allele, and TIRAP polymorphisms might be employed in the future as potential biomarkers for determining the phenotype and prognosis of cervical cancer.
