TL;DR: In this article, a clarified and concentrated fruit juice preparation method is proposed, which includes the following steps: fruits are crushed and beat to prepare fruit pulp, the fruit pulp is sent into a freezing and concentrating equipment to conduct suspended crystallization and then conduct gradual layered crystallization until all the fruit pulps are frozen, the suspended particles can be effectively blocked in the ice layer with the help of filtering bed constituted by frozen ice particles, and the concentrated juice is separated out and clarified.

Proteomic analyses on the browning of shade-dried Thompson seedless grape

TL;DR: In this article, the main browning-related proteins of Thompson seedless grape were identified and their properties were tested, and their roles in the browning mechanism were indicated, which will lay base to a better understanding on the enzymatic browning of green raisin.
