Simultaneous Determination of Eight Bioactive Components of Radix Dipsaci by Near-infrared Spectroscopy

TL;DR: In this paper, a new method was developed using Fourier transform near-infrared spectroscopy and high-performance liquid chromatography with diode array detection for the identification and determination of eight different types of diode arrays.
Journal Article

Study on the pharmacokinetics Oxytropis falcate total flavonoids ointment in rats

TL;DR: The results show that the ointment possesses sustained release property and significantly prolong the degradation half life of TFC, which is benefit to improve the analgesic and anti-inflammatory activity after transdermal administration.
Journal ArticleDOI

Development and validation of a HPLC-UV-ESI-MS method for the simultaneous quantitation of ten bioactive compounds in Dahuang Fuzi Tang.

TL;DR: The developed high performance liquid chromatography coupled with electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (ESI-MS) and ultraviolet (UV) detector method can be applied for the quality control and provide analytical evidence on the chemical basis and combinational principles of DFT.
Journal Article

Investigation on chemical constituents of processed products of Eucommiae Cortex

TL;DR: According to the 2010 Chinese pharmacopeia, salt processed and charcoal processed Eucommiae Cortex were pre- pared, and HPLC-DAD analysis of the content of the bark and leaf showed that the bark of EuCommiae Cortex mainly contained lignans such as pinoresinol glucose and iridoid including genipin, geniposide, genIPosidic acid.
Journal ArticleDOI

Antitumor efficacy, toxicity and pharmacokinetics of 9-nitrocamptothecin: role of lactone ratio

TL;DR: The administration of carboxylate form in an appropriate ratio is active as a result of its conversion to lactone form in vivo, and toxicity of 9-NC was found to be increased with the increase in lactone ratio.
