Journal ArticleDOI
Discovery of Aptamers Targeting the Receptor-Binding Domain of the SARS-CoV-2 Spike Glycoprotein.
Yanling Song,Jia Song,Xinyu Wei,Mengjiao Huang,Miao Sun,Lin Zhu,Bingqian Lin,Haicong Shen,Zhi Zhu,Chaoyong Yang,Chaoyong Yang +10 more
TL;DR: This study identified high-binding-affinity aptamers targeting SARS-CoV-2 RBD, using an ACE2 competition-based aptamer selection strategy and a machine learning screening algorithm, and suggests that two aptamer may have partially identical binding sites at ACE2 on Sars- coV- 2 RBD.
Journal ArticleDOI
Aptamer-Based Detection of Circulating Targets for Precision Medicine.
Lingling Wu,Yidi Wang,Xing Xu,Yilong Liu,Bingqian Lin,Mingxia Zhang,Jialu Zhang,Shuang Wan,Chaoyong Yang,Chaoyong Yang,Weihong Tan,Weihong Tan,Weihong Tan +12 more
TL;DR: A broad overview of aptamer-based liquid biopsy techniques for precision medicine can be found in this article, where the authors present a summary of state-of-the-art strategies for multivalent aptamer assembly and aptamer interface modification.
Journal ArticleDOI
In vitro and in vivo studies on the transport of PEGylated silica nanoparticles across the blood-brain barrier.
TL;DR: The transport efficiency of PSiNPs across BBB was found to be size-dependent, with increased particle size resulting in decreased efficiency, which points to the potential application of small sized silica nanoparticles in brain imaging or drug delivery.
Journal ArticleDOI
Tracing Tumor-Derived Exosomal PD-L1 by Dual-Aptamer Activated Proximity-Induced Droplet Digital PCR.
Bingqian Lin,Tian Tian,Yinzhu Lu,Dan Liu,Mengjiao Huang,Lin Zhu,Zhi Zhu,Yanling Song,Chaoyong Yang,Chaoyong Yang +9 more
TL;DR: Zhang et al. as mentioned in this paper developed a dual target-specific aptamer recognition activated in situ connection system on exosome membrane combined with droplet digital PCR (ddPCR) (TRACER) for quantification of tumor-derived exosomal PD-L1 (Exo-PD-L 1 ).
Journal ArticleDOI
Recent Progress in Microfluidics-Based Biosensing.
Yanling Song,Bingqian Lin,Tian Tian,Xing Xu,Wei Wang,Qingyu Ruan,Jingjing Guo,Zhi Zhu,Chaoyong Yang,Chaoyong Yang +9 more
TL;DR: A board definition of the biosensor or biosensing system that incorporates any method coupling these two key elements, and ultimately achieving "sample-in-answer-out" is provided.
