Electrochemical force microscopy
TL;DR: In this paper, a multidimensional detection scheme based on a multi-dimensional detection scheme that is sensitive to forces experienced by a biased electrode in a solution is presented. But this method is not suitable for the detection of electrochemical force microscopy.
Journal ArticleDOI
Chemical, Electrical, and Structural Properties of Au/Pd Contacts on Chemical Vapor Cleaned p-type GaN Surfaces
TL;DR: In this article, the chemical, electrical, and microstructural properties of Au/Pd contacts on p-type GaN(0001) surfaces previously cleaned either ex situ or ex situ and in situ have been investigated.
Journal ArticleDOI
Protein assemblies on ferroelectrically patterned microarrays of Ag nanoparticles
TL;DR: It is demonstrated that biotinylation and protein assemblies can be made on metal nanoparticles patterned on ferroelectric substrates, demonstrating that ferroElectric substrates combined with active plasmonics is potentially applicable as substrates for biological assays.
Journal ArticleDOI
Wavelength-dependent Raman scattering of hydrogenated amorphous silicon carbon with red, green, and blue light excitation
Minseo Park,V. Sakhrani,Jon Paul Maria,Jerome J. Cuomo,C. W. Teng,John F. Muth,Morgan E. Ware,Brian J. Rodriguez,Robert J. Nemanich +8 more
TL;DR: In this article, the wavelength-dependent Raman scattering from amorphous silicon carbon (a-Si:C:H) films were produced by radio-frequency plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition.
Journal ArticleDOI
