Journal ArticleDOI
Histone deacetylase 6 promotes growth of glioblastoma through the MKK7/JNK/c-Jun signaling pathway.
Ziyan Huang,Yong Xia,Kunhua Hu,Shulian Zeng,Liqiang Wu,Sisi Liu,Cheng Zhi,Miaoling Lai,Danmin Chen,Longchang Xie,Zhongmin Yuan +10 more
TL;DR: These findings provide new insights into the molecular mechanism of glioma malignancy regarding HDAC6 in the selective regulation of MKK7 expression and JNK/c‐Jun activity.
Journal ArticleDOI
MKK7 transcription positively or negatively regulated by SP1 and KLF5 depends on HDAC4 activity in glioma
Yezhong Wang,Yong Xia,Kunhua Hu,Minling Zeng,Cheng Zhi,Miaoling Lai,Liqiang Wu,Sisi Liu,Shulian Zeng,Ziyan Huang,Shanshan Ma,Zhongmin Yuan +11 more
TL;DR: It is reported that MKK7, not MKK4, directly activates JNK in GCs and exerts oncogenic effects on tumor formation, and suppression of both MKK8 expression and JNK/c‐Jun activities was involved in the tumor‐growth inhibitory effects induced by LMK235 in U87‐xenograft mice.
Journal ArticleDOI
Inhibition of HDAC4 Attenuated JNK/c-Jun-Dependent Neuronal Apoptosis and Early Brain Injury Following Subarachnoid Hemorrhage by Transcriptionally Suppressing MKK7.
Liqiang Wu,Shulian Zeng,Yali Cao,Ziyan Huang,Sisi Liu,Huaidong Peng,Cheng Zhi,Shanshan Ma,Kunhua Hu,Zhongmin Yuan +9 more
TL;DR: HDAC4 inhibition could be a potential alternative to prevent MKK7/JNK/c-Jun axis-mediated nervous disorders, including SAH-caused EBI, according to small interference RNAs to silence the respective HDAC members.
Journal ArticleDOI
Remodelling of tumour microenvironment by microwave ablation potentiates immunotherapy of AXL-specific CAR T cells against non-small cell lung cancer
Bihui Cao,Manting Liu,Lu Wang,Kangshun Zhu,Mingyue Cai,Xiaopei Chen,Yunfei Feng,Shuo-Fei Yang,Shengyu Fu,Cheng Zhi,Xiaodie Ye,Jian Zhang,Zhiru Zhang,Xin Yang,Ming Zhao,Qingde Wu,Lin-Feng Xu,Lili Yang,Hui-Ming Lian,Qi Zhao,Zhenfeng Zhang +20 more
TL;DR: In this article , a combination of microwave ablation (MWA) and chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T cells was used for non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) treatment.
Journal ArticleDOI
CAR NK‐92 cells targeting DLL3 kill effectively small cell lung cancer cells in vitro and in vivo
Manting Liu,Wensou Huang,Yongjian Guo,Yubo Zhou,Cheng Zhi,Jingwu Chen,Junping Li,Jinping He,Hui-Ming Lian,Jingwen Zhou,Xiaodie Ye,Yuling Hu,Hongyan Hu,Zhaoyuan Liu,Jing James Huang,Mingyue Cai,Xiaobin Wang,Jing Huang,Zhenfeng Zhang,Kangshun Zhu,Qi Zhao,Bihui Cao +21 more
TL;DR: The potent antitumor activities of DLL3‐CAR NK‐92 cells were observed in subcutaneous tumor models of SCLC and detections of obvious tumor‐infiltrations were detected in DLL2‐SCLC xenografts.
