Journal ArticleDOI
Interfacial nanostructuring on the performance of polymer/TiO2 nanorod bulk heterojunction solar cells
Yun Yue Lin,Tsung Hung Chu,Shao Sian Li,Chia Hao Chuang,Chia-Hao Chang,Wei-Fang Su,Ching Pin Chang,Ming-Wen Chu,Chun-Wei Chen +8 more
TL;DR: The suppression of recombination at P3HT/TiO2 nanorod interfaces by the attachment of effective ligand molecules substantially improves device performance and provides a new route for fabricating low-cost, environmentally friendly polymer/inorganic hybrid bulk heterojunction photovoltaic devices.
Journal ArticleDOI

TL;DR: In this article, a multwavelength analysis of a sample of four hot (TX > 8 keV) X-ray galaxy clusters (A1689, A2261, A2142, and A2390) using joint AMiBA Sunyaev-Zel'dovich effect (SZE) and Subaru weak-lensing observations was presented.
Journal ArticleDOI

TL;DR: In this paper, a multi-wavelength analysis of a sample of four hot (T_X>8keV) X-ray galaxy clusters (A1689, A2261, A2142, and A2390) using joint AMiBA Sunyaev-Zel'dovich effect (SZE) and Subaru weak lensing observations was presented.
Journal ArticleDOI
Y-shaped metal-free D–π–(A)2 sensitizers for high-performance dye-sensitized solar cells
Ryan Yeh-Yung Lin,Ryan Yeh-Yung Lin,Feng-Ling Wu,Chia-Hao Chang,Hsien-Hsin Chou,Tzu-Man Chuang,Tzu-Man Chuang,Te-Chun Chu,Chih-Yu Hsu,Ping-Wei Chen,Kuo-Chuan Ho,Yih-Hsing Lo,Jiann T. Lin +12 more
TL;DR: In this article, a series of 2,3,5-substituted thiophene-based metal-free dyes with two anchoring groups, D−π-A)2 (DA), were synthesized for application in DSSCs.
Journal ArticleDOI
Interplay of Three-Dimensional Morphologies and Photocarrier Dynamics of Polymer/TiO2 Bulk Heterojunction Solar Cells
Shao Sian Li,Ching Pin Chang,Chih Cheng Lin,Yun Yue Lin,Chia-Hao Chang,Jer-Ren Yang,Ming-Wen Chu,Chun-Wei Chen +7 more
TL;DR: The results support the establishment of a favorable morphology for polymer/inorganic hybrid solar cells due to the presence of the dimensionality of TiO(2) nanocrystals as a result of more effective mobile carrier generation and more efficient and balanced transport of carriers.
