Journal ArticleDOI

Tet2 is required to resolve inflammation by recruiting Hdac2 to specifically repress IL-6.

TL;DR: It is shown that Tet2 selectively mediates active repression of interleukin-6 (IL-6) transcription during inflammation resolution in innate myeloid cells, including dendritic cells and macrophages, and mechanistic evidence is provided for the gene-specific transcription repression activity of Tet2 via histone deacetylation and for the prevention of constant transcription activation at the chromatin level for resolving inflammation.
Journal ArticleDOI

Inducible microRNA-155 Feedback Promotes Type I IFN Signaling in Antiviral Innate Immunity by Targeting Suppressor of Cytokine Signaling 1

TL;DR: It is demonstrated that inducible miR-155 feedback positively regulates host antiviral innate immune response by promoting type I IFN signaling via targeting SOCS1.
Journal ArticleDOI

MicroRNA-99a Inhibits Hepatocellular Carcinoma Growth and Correlates with Prognosis of Patients with Hepatocellular Carcinoma

TL;DR: Conclusively, miR-99a expression was frequently down-regulated in HCC tissues and correlates with the prognosis of HCC patients, thus proposing miR -99a as a prospective prognosis predictor and therapeutic approach for HCC.
