Limitations of Cs3Bi2I9 as Lead-Free Photovoltaic Absorber Materials.
Biplab Ghosh,Bo Wu,Hemant Kumar Mulmudi,Claude Guet,Klaus Weber,Tze Chien Sum,Subodh Mhaisalkar,Nripan Mathews +7 more
TL;DR: It is proposed that a continuous network of three-dimensional crystal structure should be another major criterion in addition to proper band gap and suitable optical properties of the future PV compounds.
Journal ArticleDOI
Poor Photovoltaic Performance of Cs3Bi2I9: An Insight through First-Principles Calculations
Biplab Ghosh,Sudip Chakraborty,Hao Wei,Claude Guet,Shuzhou Li,Subodh Mhaisalkar,Nripan Mathews +6 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the electronic structure and defect formation energies of Cs3Bi2I9 were investigated using density functional theory (DFT) calculations, and the calculated electronic bandstructure indicated an indirect bandgap and high carrier effective masses.
Journal ArticleDOI
Superior Performance of Silver Bismuth Iodide Photovoltaics Fabricated via Dynamic Hot‐Casting Method under Ambient Conditions
Biplab Ghosh,Bo Wu,Xintong Guo,Padinhare Cholakkal Harikesh,Rohit Abraham John,Tom Baikie,Arramel,Andrew T. S. Wee,Claude Guet,Tze Chien Sum,Subodh Mhaisalkar,Nripan Mathews +11 more
Journal ArticleDOI
Shape deformations of surface-charged microdroplets.
Eric Giglio,Benoit Gervais,Jimmy Rangama,Bruno Manil,Bernd A. Huber,D. Duft,R. Müller,Thomas Leisner,Claude Guet +8 more
TL;DR: The deformation pathway of critically charged glycol and water droplets from the onset of the Rayleigh instability is presented and it is found that the droplet shape and in particular the tips, just before charge emission, are well fitted by a lemon shape.
Journal ArticleDOI
Preparation and Formula Analysis of Anti-Biofouling Titania–Polyurea Spray Coating with Nano/Micro-Structure
TL;DR: In this paper, the preparation and formula analysis of anti-biofouling Titania polyurea (TiO2-SPUA) spray coating, which uses nano-scale antibacterial and photocatalytic agents, titanium dioxide, to construct regularly hydrophobic surface texture on the polyurella coating system, was proposed.
