TL;DR: In this article, a review of scintillators that are used in many applications, such as medical imaging, security, oil-logging, high energy physics and non-destructive inspections are reviewed.
Journal ArticleDOI
MXenes: An Emerging Platform for Wearable Electronics and Looking Beyond
Neng Li,Jiahe Peng,Wee-Jun Ong,Tingting Ma,Arramel,Peng Zhang,Jizhou Jiang,Xiaofang Yuan,Chuanfang (John) Zhang +8 more
TL;DR: The synthesis and novel fabrication techniques of MXenes are introduced, and conventional etching procedures are revisited, fitting hybrid mechanisms for MXenes to fine-tune their electronic and chemical properties are discussed in this review.
Journal ArticleDOI
Superior Performance of Silver Bismuth Iodide Photovoltaics Fabricated via Dynamic Hot‐Casting Method under Ambient Conditions
Biplab Ghosh,Bo Wu,Xintong Guo,Padinhare Cholakkal Harikesh,Rohit Abraham John,Tom Baikie,Arramel,Andrew T. S. Wee,Claude Guet,Tze Chien Sum,Subodh Mhaisalkar,Nripan Mathews +11 more
Journal ArticleDOI
Single-Metal Atoms Supported on MBenes for Robust Electrochemical Hydrogen Evolution.
Bing Li,Yang Wu,Neng Li,Neng Li,Xingzhu Chen,Xianbing Zeng,Arramel,Xiujian Zhao,Jizhou Jiang,Jizhou Jiang +9 more
TL;DR: Density functional theory calculations reveal that the H-O bonding strength can be weakened by charge transfer between the oxygen atom and the introduced single-metal atom, which greatly improves the MBene catalytic activity of hydrogen evolution reaction.
