TL;DR: The results suggest that including IgA in a diagnostic test provides better diagnostic test results in early stages of COVID-19 patients including those who do not have overt symptoms, as well as combining the RBD IgA and IgG kits, which shows sensitivity, specificity, and overall agreement elevated to 99.1%, 100%, and 99.7%, respectively.
