Indications for a high-rigidity break in the cosmic-ray diffusion coefficient

TL;DR: Using cosmic-ray boron to carbon ratio (B/C) data recently released by the AMS-02 experiment, the authors find tantalizing indications (decisive evidence, in Bayesian terms) in favor of a diffusive origin for the broken power-law spectra found in protons and helium nuclei (He).

Evidence for 1809 keV Gamma-Ray Emission from 26Al Decays in the Vela Region with INTEGRAL/SPI

TL;DR: In this paper, the first results of the search for 1.8 MeV gamma-rays from Vela with the spectrometer SPI aboard INTEGRAL were presented using the data set acquired during 1.7 Ms at the end of 2005 in the frame of their AO-3 open-time observation, they determined a flux of (6.5 \pm 1.9(stat) \pm 2.4(syst) 10^-5 ph/cm^2/s from 26Al decays in the Vela region.

Cosmic ray transport from AMS-02 B/C data: benchmark models and interpretation

TL;DR: In this article, the authors present new benchmark scenarios for Galactic cosmic-ray propagation in the GV-TV rigidity range, based on fits to the AMS-02 B/C data with the USINE V 3.5 propagation code.
