Cross-dehydrogenative coupling of azoles with α-C(sp3)-H of ethers and thioethers under metal-free conditions: functionalization of H-N azoles via C-H activation.
Hariprasad Aruri,Hariprasad Aruri,Umed Singh,Umed Singh,Sumit Sharma,Sumit Sharma,Satish Gudup,Mukesh Bhogal,Sanjay Kumar,Deepika Singh,Vivek K. Gupta,Rajni Kant,Ram A. Vishwakarma,Ram A. Vishwakarma,Parvinder Pal Singh,Parvinder Pal Singh +15 more
TL;DR: A metal-free cross-dehydrogenative coupling method for the synthesis of N-substituted azoles has been developed and successfully coupling with various ethers and thioethers such as tetrahydrofuran, Tetrahydropyran, 1,4-dioxane, diethyl ether, tetahydrothiophene, and 1,3-dithiolane is developed.
Journal ArticleDOI
Synthesis, characterization and mechanistic-insight into the anti-proliferative potential of PLGA-gemcitabine conjugate.
Vaibhav Khare,Smit Kour,Noor Alam,Ravindra Dubey,Ankit Saneja,Mytre Koul,Ajai Prakash Gupta,Deepika Singh,Shashank K. Singh,Shashank K. Singh,Ajit Kumar Saxena,Prem N. Gupta,Prem N. Gupta +12 more
TL;DR: The found that the prepared conjugate was not dependent on nucleoside transporter for entering into the cells and this, in turn, reflecting potential implication of this conjugates in the therapy of transporter- deficient resistance cancer.
Journal ArticleDOI
Analysis of Indian SARS-CoV-2 Genomes Reveals Prevalence of D614G Mutation in Spike Protein Predicting an Increase in Interaction With TMPRSS2 and Virus Infectivity
Sunil K. Raghav,Arup Ghosh,Jyotirmayee Turuk,Sugandh Kumar,Atimukta Jha,Swati Madhulika,Manasi Priyadarshini,Viplov Kumar Biswas,P Sushree Shyamli,Bharati Singh,Neha Singh,Deepika Singh,Ankita Datey,Kiran Avula,Shuchi Smita,Jyotsnamayee Sabat,Debdutta Bhattacharya,Jaya Singh Kshatri,Dileep Vasudevan,Amol Suryawanshi,Rupesh Dash,Shantibhushan Senapati,Tushar K. Beuria,Rajeeb K. Swain,Soma Chattopadhyay,Gulam Hussain Syed,Anshuman Dixit,Punit Prasad,Ils Covid Team,Sanghamitra Pati,Ajay Parida +30 more
TL;DR: The analyses revealed Europe and Southeast Asia as two major routes for introduction of the disease in India followed by local transmission and molecular modeling and docking analysis identified that D614G mutation resulted in enhanced affinity of Spike S1–S2 hinge region with TMPRSS2 protease.
Journal ArticleDOI
Preclinical Development of Crocus sativus-Based Botanical Lead IIIM-141 for Alzheimer's Disease: Chemical Standardization, Efficacy, Formulation Development, Pharmacokinetics, and Safety Pharmacology.
Sonali S. Bharate,Vikas Kumar,Gurdarshan Singh,Amarinder Singh,Mehak Gupta,Deepika Singh,Ajay Kumar,Ram A. Vishwakarma,Sandip B. Bharate +8 more
TL;DR: The in vitro studies show that IIIM-141 has protective as well as therapeutic properties in assays related to AD, and the sustained release (SR) capsule formulation was developed, which showed an improved in vitro dissolution profile and a significantly enhanced plasma exposure in the pharmacokinetic study.
Journal ArticleDOI
Iodine-NH4OAc mediated regioselective synthesis of 2-aroyl-3-arylimidazo[1,2-a]pyridines from 1,3-diaryl-prop-2-en-1-ones.
Dilpreet Kour,Annah Gupta,Kamal K. Kapoor,Vivek K. Gupta,Rajnikant,Deepika Singh,Parthasarathi Das +6 more
TL;DR: The present protocol describes an efficient, metal-free regioselective synthesis of 2-aroyl-3-arylimidazo[1,2-a]pyridines from 1,3-diaryl-prop-2-en-1-ones and 2-aminopyridine.
