Above Room-Temperature Ferromagnetism in Wafer-Scale Two-Dimensional van der Waals Fe3GeTe2 Tailored by a Topological Insulator.
Haiyu Wang,Yingjie Liu,Peichen Wu,Wenjie Hou,Yuhao Jiang,Xiaohui Li,Chandan Pandey,Dongdong Chen,Qing Yang,Hangtian Wang,Dahai Wei,Na Lei,Wang Kang,Lianggong Wen,Tianxiao Nie,Weisheng Zhao,Kang L. Wang +16 more
TL;DR: The emerging two-dimensional ferromagnetic materials present atomic layer thickness and a perfect interface feature, which have become an attractive research direction in the field of spintronics f... as mentioned in this paper.
Journal ArticleDOI
Noncollinear spin state and unusual magnetoresistance in ferrimagnet Co-Gd
Dongdong Chen,Yaohan Xu,Shucheng Tong,W. Zheng,Yiming Sun,Jun Lu,Na Lei,D. H. Wei,Jianhua Zhao +8 more
TL;DR: In this article , the transverse and longitudinal resistances in a ferrimagnet/heavy-metal heterostructure composed of Co-Gd and Pt. were investigated, and the transition-metal sublattice arrangement and magnetic field-temperature phase diagram were obtained based on unconventional hysteresis loops observed near the compensation point.

Room temperature energy-efficient spin-orbit torque switching in wafer-scale all-vdW heterostructure
Haiyu Wang,Hao Wu,Yingjie Liu,Dongdong Chen,Chandan Pandey,Jialiang Yin,Dahai Wei,Na Lei,Jie Zhang,Haichang Lu,Shuyuan Shi,Peng Li,Albert Fert,Kang L. Wang,Tianxiao Nie,Weisheng Zhao +15 more
TL;DR: In this article, the authors demonstrate the room-temperature spin-orbit torque (SOT) driven magnetization switching in a well-epitaxial all-van der Waals (vdW) heterostructure.
