Effect of Sm doping ZnO nanorods on structural optical and electrical properties of Schottky diodes prepared by chemical bath deposition

TL;DR: In this paper, the effect of Sm doping of ZnO nanorods on their structural, morphology, and optical properties were investigated using X-ray diffraction patterns and field emission scanning electron microscopy images.
Journal ArticleDOI

Renormalized band structure of Sr2RuO4: A quasiparticle tight-binding approach

TL;DR: In this paper, an effective quasiparticle tight-binding model was derived to describe the low-energy electronic structure of the superconducting state of the electron quaiparticles of Sr2RuO4.
Journal ArticleDOI

Sol-gel synthesis of MnxNi1-xCo2O4 spinel phase materials: Structural, electronic, and magnetic properties

TL;DR: In this article, the structural, magnetic and electronic properties of oxides with different Mn content were investigated using X-Ray Diffraction (XRD), Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR), vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).
Journal ArticleDOI

Effect of cationic disorder on the energy generation and energy storage applications of NixCo3−xS4 thiospinel

TL;DR: In this paper, the effect of stoichiometric variation of metals in a thiospinel is examined on energy generation and storage properties, and it is observed that the nickel-rich NixCo3−xS4 nanosheets have superior energy storage and energy generation properties.
