TL;DR: The present study provides rich new evidence showing that the situation regarding the physical activity of children and youth is a concern worldwide and strategic public investments to implement effective interventions to increase physical activity opportunities are needed.

Clustering of lifestyle risk factors for non-communicable diseases in 304,779 adolescents from 89 countries: A global perspective.
TL;DR: Early gender-specific prevention strategies targeting clusters of lifestyle risk factors should be prioritised to help mitigate future burden of NCDs globally and periodical collection of behavioural risk factor data should be encouraged to facilitate a sustainable global surveillance.
