Jaiprakash N. Sangshetti,Firoz A. Kalam Khan,Abhishek A. Kulkarni,Rohidas Arote,Rajendra Patil +4 more
TL;DR: The developments of the last decade are reviewed, covering all aspects of leishmaniasis including clinically used drugs, various new classes of antileishmanial agents (synthetic as well as natural), patented antileISHmanialagents, and possible drug targets.
Journal ArticleDOI
Recent Advances in Multidimensional QSAR (4D-6D): A Critical Review
Manoj G. Damale,Sanjay N. Harke,Firoz A. Kalam Khan,Devanand B. Shinde,Jaiprakash N. Sangshetti +4 more
TL;DR: The present and future of more predictive models of QSAR studies are focused on and the basics of 3D to 6D-QSAR are highlighted and mainly emphasizes the advantages of one dimension over the other.
Journal ArticleDOI
Synthesis, biological evaluation and molecular docking of novel coumarin incorporated triazoles as antitubercular, antioxidant and antimicrobial agents
Mubarak H. Shaikh,Dnyaneshwar D. Subhedar,Bapurao B. Shingate,Firoz A. Kalam Khan,Jaiprakash N. Sangshetti,Vijay M. Khedkar,Laxman Nawale,Dhiman Sarkar,Govinda R. Navale,Sandip S. Shinde +9 more
TL;DR: The bioactive assay showed that some synthesized coumarin triazoles displayed comparable or even better antitubercular, antioxidant, antibacterial and antifungal efficacy in comparison with reference drugs.
Journal ArticleDOI
1,2,3-Triazole incorporated coumarin derivatives as potential antifungal and antioxidant agents
Mubarak H. Shaikh,Dnyaneshwar D. Subhedar,Firoz A. Kalam Khan,Jaiprakash N. Sangshetti,Bapurao B. Shingate +4 more
TL;DR: A series of novel ethyl-7-((1-(benzyl)-1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl)methoxy)-2-oxo-2H-chromene-3-carboxylates 8a-h as potential antifungal agents showed potential to build up as good oral drug candidates and showed good binding mode in the active site of fungal C. albicans.
