Nicole Revencu, +51 more
- 01 Dec 2013 -
TL;DR: In conclusion, mutations in RASA1 underscore the specific CM–AVM phenotype and the clinical diagnosis is based on identifying the characteristic CMs, and the high incidence of fast‐flow lesions warrants careful clinical and radiologic examination, and regular follow‐up.
Journal ArticleDOI

Diagnosis of acute pulmonary embolism in outpatients: comparison of thin-collimation multi-detector row spiral CT and planar ventilation-perfusion scintigraphy.

TL;DR: Thin-collimation multi-detector row CT is more accurate than V-P scintigraphy in the diagnosis of acute PE in outpatients and provides alternative diagnoses for patients without PE on high-quality transverse or near-isotropic reformatted images.
