Rate constant measurement for the reactions of OH and Cl with peroxyacetyl nitrate at 298 K
TL;DR: The gas phase reactions of peroxyacetyl nitrate (PAN) with OH and Cl have been studied using the discharge-flow EPR method in this article, and the rate constants were found to be k ≥ 3.7± 1.4 and k ≥ 7.5± 1.4 at 298 K, respectively.

TL;DR: In this article, peroxyacetyl nitrate (PAN) solutions in the concentration range 10-100/g PAN per ml solvent were distributed and analyzed by ten European laboratories Overall precision accounting for standards' preparation, transport, storage and analysis resulted in standard deviations of 16 − 8% of the mean for the high and 25 + 8% for the low end of the PAN concentration range.
