Strategies for Enhancing the Heterogeneous Fenton Catalytic Reactivity: A review
TL;DR: In this paper, a comprehensive review of the developed strategies for enhancing heterogeneous Fenton reactivity, mainly over the last decade, is presented, based on a comprehensive survey of previous studies.
Journal ArticleDOI
Three-dimensional Ag2O/Bi5O7I p–n heterojunction photocatalyst harnessing UV–vis–NIR broad spectrum for photodegradation of organic pollutants
Yannan Chen,Gangqiang Zhu,Mirabbos Hojamberdiev,Jianzhi Gao,Runliang Zhu,Chenghui Wang,Xiumei Wei,Peng Liu +7 more
TL;DR: The improved photocatalytic activity is attributed to the formation of a p-n heterojunction between Ag2O and Bi5O7I, allowing the efficient utilization of solar energy and high separation efficiency of photogenerated electron-hole pairs.
Journal ArticleDOI
Highly efficient (BiO)2CO3-BiO2-x-graphene photocatalysts: Z-Scheme photocatalytic mechanism for their enhanced photocatalytic removal of NO
Yuefa Jia,Yuefa Jia,Shiping Li,Jianzhi Gao,Gangqiang Zhu,Fuchun Zhang,Xianjin Shi,Yu Huang,Chunli Liu +8 more
TL;DR: In this article, Z-scheme (BiO)2CO3-BiO2-x-graphene composite photocatalyst was designed for NO removal under simulated solar light irradiation.
Journal ArticleDOI
Enhanced photocatalytic activity of Bi4Ti3O12 nanosheets by Fe3+-doping and the addition of Au nanoparticles: Photodegradation of Phenol and bisphenol A
Yongbao Liu,Gangqiang Zhu,Jianzhi Gao,Mirabbos Hojamberdiev,Runliang Zhu,Xiumei Wei,Quanmin Guo,Peng Liu +7 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the photocatalytic activity of 2%Fe-doped Bi 4 Ti 3 O 12 (Au-2%Fe/BTO) nanosheets via a room-temperature hydrogen peroxide reduction method was investigated.
Journal ArticleDOI
Mechanisms for the enhanced photo-Fenton activity of ferrihydrite modified with BiVO4 at neutral pH
TL;DR: In this paper, the photogenerated electrons from BiVO 4 were transferred to the surface of Fh to accelerate the regeneration of Fe 2+ and thus have superior photo-Fenton activity at near-neutral pH.
