Journal ArticleDOI

A Potentially Valuable Advance in the Synthesis of Carbohydrate‐Based Anticancer Vaccines Through Extended Cycloaddition Chemistry.

TL;DR: In this paper, an approach for joining complex oligosaccharides to polypeptides and even proteins is described, where the two sectors are joined through a "click-like" cycloaddition.
Journal ArticleDOI

Palladium-Catalyzed Picolinamide-Directed Acetoxylation of Unactivated γ-C(sp3)—H Bonds of Alkylamines.

TL;DR: In this article, N-Alkylpicolinamide substrates (I) are converted into the corresponding γ-acetoxylated products in the presence of lithium carbonate, which suppresses the competing intramolecular C-H amination process.
