Synthesis and structure of a one- and a three-dimensional material constructed from molybdenum phosphates and macrocyclic metal complexes

TL;DR: In this paper, two polyoxometalate-based materials, [CuL]2[H2Mo5P2O23]·2H2O·2CH3CN (1) and [NiL] 2[H 2Mo 5P 2O23]-4− bridge [CuC]2+ to form 1-D chains, with O−H O and N-H O hydrogen bonding interactions forming a 3-dimensional framework.
Journal ArticleDOI

Phenol Derivatives as Co-Crystallized Templates to Modulate Trimesic-Acid-Based Hydrogen-Bonded Organic Molecular Frameworks

TL;DR: In this article, the host−guest trimesic-acid-based hydrogen-bonds framework compounds with different guests were obtained through co-crystallization, and characterized by elemental analysis, infrared spectroscopy analysis, and thermogravimetric analysis.
Journal ArticleDOI

Construction of one-dimensional homochiral helical supramolecular stereoismers using chiral macrocyclic nickel(II) complexes as building blocks

TL;DR: One one-dimensional right-handed helical chain of {[Ni(RR-L)][Ni(CN)4]·2H2O}n (Δ-2·(2H 2O)n) was successfully constructed by the reaction of the [Ni(α-RR)-L)]2+ and [Ni[CN]2− in acetonitrile/water (1:1) as mentioned in this paper.
Journal ArticleDOI

(2-Carboxybenzoato-κ2O1,O1′)(5,5,7,12,12,14-hexamethyl-1,4,8,11-tetraazacyclotetradecane-κ4N)nickel(II) perchlorate monohydrate

TL;DR: The title compound [Ni(C8H5O4)(C16H36N4)]ClO4·H2O has the NiII atom in a distorted octa-hedral geometry, surrounded by coordination by four N atoms of the 5,5,7,12, 12, 14-hexa-methyl-1,4,8,11-tetra-decane ligand in a folded configuration, and two carboxyl-ate O atoms of 2-carboxy-benzoate ligands in cis positions.
Journal ArticleDOI

Bis(5,5,7,12,12,14-hexamethyl-1,4,8,11-tetraazacyclotetradecane-κ4N)(μ-l-malato-κ4O1,O2:O4,O4′)dinickel(II) bis(perchlorate) monohydrate

TL;DR: In the crystal structure of the title dinuclear compound, [Ni2(C4H4O5)(C16H36N4)2](ClO4]2·H2O, the bridging dicarboxylate dianion O,O′-chelates to two Ni atoms, both of which are also chelated by the N-macrocylic ligand.
