Topological surface state: Universal catalytic descriptor in topological catalysis

TL;DR: In this paper , the authors identify topological surface state (TSS) density at the Fermi level can serve as the universal catalytic descriptor in the family of metal diborides, the materials hosting fantasying topological nodal-net states.

Mn2C monolayer: hydrogenation/oxygenation induced strong room-temperature ferromagnetism and potential applications

TL;DR: In this paper, the magnetic moments in hydrogenated/oxygenated Mn2C monolayer can be as large as 6 −muB per unit cell, and the Curie temperatures are above 290K.

Spectroscopic evidence for Dirac nodal surfaces and nodal rings in the superconductor NaAlSi

TL;DR: In this paper , the authors have observed two sets of nodal surfaces and the formation of two homocentric nodal ring states in NaAlSi by performing high-resolution angle-resolved photoemission measurements and band structure calculations.

Effect of Cleaving Temperature on the Surface and Bulk Fermi Surface of Sr2RuO4 Investigated by High Resolution Angle-Resolved Photoemission

TL;DR: In this article, the effect of cleaving temperature on the electronic structure and Fermi surface of Sr$_2$RuO$_4$ was investigated, and it was shown that the surface FermI surface remains obvious and strong even at high temperature, even at room temperature.
