Journal ArticleDOI

The essential role of YAP O-GlcNAcylation in high-glucose-stimulated liver tumorigenesis

TL;DR: It is found via in vitro cell-based and in vivo mouse model experiments that O-GlcNAcylation of YAP was required for high-glucose-induced liver tumorigenesis and is a potential therapeutic intervention point for treating liver cancer associated with high blood glucose levels and possibly diabetes.
Journal ArticleDOI

Ferroptosis is governed by differential regulation of transcription in liver cancer

TL;DR: Two categories of genes are identified: ferroptosis up-regulated factors (FUF) and FDF, which stimulate and suppress ferroPTosis by affecting the synthesis of GSH, and disrupting the balance between HIC1 and HNF4A might be helpful in treating liver cancer.
Journal ArticleDOI

Effects of exercise intervention in breast cancer survivors: a meta-analysis of 33 randomized controlled trails

TL;DR: The study suggested that exercise intervention was beneficial to breast cancer survivors, and exercise should be recommended to this patient group.
Journal ArticleDOI

CCT3 acts upstream of YAP and TFCP2 as a potential target and tumour biomarker in liver cancer.

TL;DR: Seral-CCT3 was proven to be a potential biomarker, and its diagnostic capacity was better than that of alpha fetoprotein to a certain extent, and elevated levels of the CCT3-YAP-TFCP2 axis might be critical for liver malignancy.
