TL;DR: In this paper, the IceCube neutrino telescope in the South Pole has observed several high-energy neutrinos of undetermined origin from blazar PKS B1424-418.
Journal ArticleDOI

Zensus +28 more
TL;DR: The TANAMI program as discussed by the authors tracks active galactic nuclei with Austral milliarcsecond interferometry (TANAMI) which is monitoring an initial sample of 43 extragalactic jets located south of -30 degrees declination at 8.4 GHz and 22 GHz.
Journal ArticleDOI

TL;DR: In this paper, the first seven epochs of high-resolution TANAMI VLBI observations at 8.4 GHz are presented, resolving the jet on (sub-)milliarcsecond scales.

TL;DR: In this article, the neutrino flux in excess of the atmospheric background was detected at PeV energies most likely have an extraterrestrial origin due to the steeply falling atmospheric background spectrum.
