Journal Article
Anti-Ro52 and/or anti-Ro60 immune reactivity: autoantibody and disease associations.
TL;DR: Testing for autoantibodies against both Ro peptides may aim diagnosis, classify clinical manifestations in disease entities and define prognosis in certain autoimmune disorders.
Journal ArticleDOI
Anti-inflammatory therapy may ameliorate the clinical picture of COVID-19.
TL;DR: A 70-year-old woman who was diagnosed 5 years ago with cryopyrin-associated periodic syndrome is presented on the basis of her clinical picture, genetic testing which confirmed an NLRP3 missense mutation, and anti-interleukin-1 subcutaneous therapy which resulted in complete resolution of disease signs and symptoms.
