Journal ArticleDOI

Unprecedented regio- and stereochemical control in the addition of organoaluminum reagents to chiral α,β-unsaturated acetals

TL;DR: In this paper, it is possible to add -1,4 ou -1 2 nucleophase de reactifs organoaluminiques a des acetals chiraux d'enaldehydes, respectivement, sous forme optiquement active.
Journal ArticleDOI

Asymmetric cyclization of unsaturated aldehydes catalyzed by a chiral lewis acid

TL;DR: In this article, a highly enantioselective cyclization of prochiral unsaturated aldehydes has been accomplished with a chiral zinc reagent derived from dimethylzinc and (R )-(+)-1,1′-bi-2-naphthol.
