Journal ArticleDOI
Using centrosome fragments in the directed assembly of microtubules.
Wen Shang,Donna E. Crone,Hoichang Yang,Jonathan S. Dordick,Robert E. Palazzo,Richard W. Siegel +5 more
TL;DR: This work provides the rationale and potential for the large-area assembly of microtubules and should expand the application of centrosomes and centrosome components for the creation of micro Tubule-based nanoscale devices.
Journal ArticleDOI
Bias polarity dependence of charge trapping behaviours in La-incorporated hafnium-based dielectric
Tae Young Jang,Dong Hyoub Kim,Jungwoo Kim,Jun Suk Chang,Cuong Nguyen Manh,Musarrat Hasan,Jae Kyeong Jeong,Hoichang Yang,Hokyung Park,Rino Choi +9 more
TL;DR: In this paper, a model based on the distortion of asymmetric energy band diagrams and La-induced interface dipoles is suggested to explain bias temperature instability of metal-oxide-semiconductor field effect transistors (MOSFETs).
Journal ArticleDOI
Flexible High‐Performance All‐Inkjet‐Printed Inverters: Organo‐Compatible and Stable Interface Engineering (Adv. Mater. 34/2013)
Seungjun Chung,Mi Jang,Seon-Beom Ji,Hwarim Im,Narkhyeon Seong,Jewook Ha,Soon-Ki Kwon,Yun-Hi Kim,Hoichang Yang,Yongtaek Hong +9 more

Hybrid layer including oxide layer or organic layer and organic polymer layer and manufacturing method thereof
Hoichang Yang,Mi Jang +1 more
TL;DR: In this paper, a hybrid layer including an oxide layer or organic layer, and organic polymer layer, an insulating layer including the hybrid layer and an electronic device such as an organic field effect transistor was described.
Journal ArticleDOI
Water repellency of large-scale imprinting-assisted polymer films
TL;DR: In this paper, the water repellency of polymeric film surfaces can be simply tuned by pressing softened polymer films into porous anodized aluminum oxide (AAO) templates, and the resulting polymeric nano-textures show various aspect ratios (ARs) between height and cross-sectional diameter.
