Deletion of all three MAP kinase genes results in severe defects in stress responses and pathogenesis in Fusarium graminearum
Jingyi Ren,Yuhan Zhang,Yuhua Wang,Chengliang Li,Zhuyun Bian,Xue Zhang,Huiquan Liu,Jin-Rong Xu,Hong Jiang +8 more
TL;DR: In this paper , the authors characterized mutants deleted of all three MAPK genes in the wheat scab fungus Fusarium graminearum and found that the triple mutants had severe growth defects and was non-pathogenic.

Glutamatergic receptor and neuroplasticity in depression: Implications for ketamine and rapastinel as the rapid-acting antidepressants.
Ya-Ting Wang,Ning-ning Zhang,Ling Liu,Hong Jiang,Die Hu,Zhen-Zhen Wang,Nai-Hong Chen,Yi Zhang +7 more
TL;DR: In this paper , the convergent downstream pathways of ketamine and rapastinel were explored and further development of identification for following generational rapid-acting antidepressants in the synaptic process was proposed.

New Model for Estimation of the Age at Onset in Spinocerebellar Ataxia Type 3.
Linliu Peng,Zhao Chen,Zhe Long,Mingjie Liu,Lijing Lei,Chunrong Wang,Huirong Peng,Yuting Shi,Yun Peng,Qi Deng,Shang Wang,Guangdong Zou,Linlin Wan,Hongyu Yuan,Lang He,Yue Xie,Zhichao Tang,Na Wan,Yiqing Gong,Xuan Hou,Lu Shen,Kun Xia,Jinchen Li,Chao Chen,Rong Qiu,Thomas Klockgether,Thomas Klockgether,Beisha Tang,Hong Jiang +28 more
TL;DR: Wang et al. as mentioned in this paper developed an appropriate parametric survival model to predict patient's age at onset (AAO) for Spinocerebellar ataxia type 3/Machado-Joseph disease (SCA3/MJD) populations from mainland China.
Journal Article
Eradication of brain tumor stem cells with an oncolytic adenovirus.
Hong Jiang,Juan Fueyo +1 more
TL;DR: An oncolytic adenovirus, Delta-24-RGD, is developed that is able to efficiently eradicate both brain tumor bulk and stem cells, indicating its potential to induce complete tumor remission in patients with malignant gliomas.
