Jun Wu,Zhiwen Wang,Zebin Shi,Shu Zhang,Ray Ming,Shilin Zhu,M. Awais Khan,Shutian Tao,Schuyler S. Korban,Hao Wang,Nancy Jung Chen,Takeshi Nishio,Xun Xu,Lin Cong,Kaijie Qi,Xiaosan Huang,Wang Yingtao,Xiang Zhao,Juyou Wu,Cao Deng,Caiyun Gou,Weili Zhou,Hao Yin,Qin Gaihua,Yuhui Sha,Ye Tao,Hui Chen,Ya-Nan Yang,Yue Song,Dongliang Zhan,Juan Wang,Leiting Li,Meisong Dai,Chao Gu,Yuezhi Wang,Daihu Shi,Xiaowei Wang,Huping Zhang,Liang Zeng,Danman Zheng,Chun-Lei Wang,Maoshan Chen,Guangbiao Wang,Xie Lin,Valpuri Sovero,Shoufeng Sha,Wenjiang Huang,S. L. Zhang,Mingyue Zhang,Jiangmei Sun,Linlin Xu,Yuan Li,Xing Liu,Qingsong Li,Jiahui Shen,Junyi Wang,Robert E. Paull,Jeffrey L. Bennetzen,Jun Wang,Shaoling Zhang +59 more
TL;DR: In this article, a high-quality draft genome sequence of the diploid P. bretschneideri Rehd was provided for de novo assembly of a highly heterozygous genome of this size with highly repetitive DNA sequences.
Journal ArticleDOI
Genome-wide characterization, evolution, and expression analysis of the leucine-rich repeat receptor-like protein kinase (LRR-RLK) gene family in Rosaceae genomes.
TL;DR: The results indicate that tandem duplication made a large contribution to the expansion of the subfamilies and the largest subfamily XI-1 was highly expressed in all five Rosaceae species, suggesting that LRR-RLKs play important roles in each stage of plant growth and development.
Journal ArticleDOI
Genetic diversity and population structure of pear (Pyrus spp.) collections revealed by a set of core genome-wide SSR markers
TL;DR: The high-quality and comprehensive evaluation of a wide range of pear cultivars by core SSR markers demonstrated their excellent application for the study of genetic diversity, genetic relationships, and building a core collection for pear.
Journal ArticleDOI
Integrated high-density consensus genetic map of Pyrus and anchoring of the 'Bartlett' v1.0 (Pyrus communis) genome.
Leiting Li,Cecilia H. Deng,Mareike Knäbel,David Chagné,Satish Kumar,Jiangmei Sun,Shaoling Zhang,Jun Wu +7 more
TL;DR: The integrated high-density SSR and SNP-based consensus genetic map provided new insights into the genetic structure patterns of pear and assisted in the genome assembly of ‘Bartlett’ through further exploration of different pear genetic maps.
Journal ArticleDOI
Evaluation of new IRAP markers of pear and their potential application in differentiating bud sports and other Rosaceae species
TL;DR: The results demonstrate that IRAP markers are an excellent tool for the study of genetic relationships and comparative genomics analysis in pear and Rosaceae species.
