Journal ArticleDOI

Infrared optical properties of Ba(Zr0.20Ti0.80)O3 and Ba(Zr0.30Ti0.70)O3 thin films prepared by sol–gel method

TL;DR: In this article, Ba(Zr x Ti 1− x )O 3 (BZT) ( x ǫ = 0.20 and 0.30) thin films are deposited on Pt(1.1/Ti/SiO 2 /Si(1ǫ) substrate by sol-gel method.
Journal ArticleDOI

Electrical and optical properties of Pb(Mg1∕3Nb2∕3)O3–PbTiO3 thin films prepared by chemical solution deposition

TL;DR: In this article, the authors showed that the PMNT thin films on the sapphire substrate are polycrystalline with (110)-preferential orientation and showed a ferroelectric character with spontaneous polarization (Ps) of 25.2μC∕cm2 and a remanent polarization (Pr) of 6.56μC ∕ cm2.
Journal ArticleDOI

Study of the ferroelectricity in Bi2Ti2O7 by infrared spectroscopic ellipsometry

TL;DR: Using infrared spectroscopic ellipsometry, the dielectric functions of (111) oriented Bi2Ti2O7 thin films with pyrochlore structure were determined in the temperature range of 20-70°C as mentioned in this paper.
Journal ArticleDOI

Temperature dependence of BaTiO3 infrared dielectric properties

TL;DR: In this paper, the infrared dielectric constants of the perovskite BaTiO3 were obtained by infrared spectroscopic ellipsometry in the temperature range of 20 −150°C.
