Construction of a multi-tissue cell atlas reveals cell-type-specific regulation of molecular and complex phenotypes in pigs
Houcheng Li,Jinyan Teng,Zhen Wang,Xiaolu Qu,Zhe Chen,X. Cai,Haonan Zeng,Zhong-Yuan Bai,Jinghui Li,Xiangchun Pan,Leyan Yan,Fei Wang,Lin Lin,Yonglun Luo,Goutam Sahana,Mogens Sandø Lund,Maria Ballester,Daniel Crespo-Piazuelo,Peter Karlskov-Mortensen,Merete Fredholm,Alex Clop,Marcel Amills,Crystal L. Loving,Christopher K. Tuggle,Ole Madsen,Jiaqi Li,Ze Zhang,George E. Liu,Jicai Jiang,L. Fang,Guoqiang Yi +30 more
TL;DR: In this paper , a single-cell transcriptome atlas of adult pigs encompassing 229,268 high-quality nuclei from 19 tissues, annotated to 67 major cell types, including muscle, epithelial, and immune cells.
Journal ArticleDOI
2D graphene oxide-L-arginine-soybean lecithin nanogenerator for synergistic photothermal and NO gas therapy
Haina Tian,Jinyan Lin,Fukai Zhu,Jiaqi Li,Suhua Jiang,Liya Xie,Yan Li,Peiyuan Wang,Zhenqing Hou,Jinxiao Mi +9 more
TL;DR: In this paper , a graphene oxide (GO)-Larginine (L-Arg, a natural NO donor) hybrid nanogenerator is developed followed by surface functionalization of soybean lecithin (SL) for synergistic enhancement of cancer treatment through photothermal and gas therapy.
Journal ArticleDOI
Utilization Strategies of Two Environment Phenotypes in Genomic Prediction
TL;DR: The prediction accuracy of genomic prediction models considering multiple environment phenotypes (GFBLUP and mtGBL UP) was better than the classical genomic prediction model (GBLUP model) and the deviation of prediction accuracy was associated with the phenotypic correlation.
Proceedings ArticleDOI
Capillary-activated scalable microporous copper microchannels for two-phase thermal management of semiconductor materials
Sujan Dewanjee,Gaurav Singhal,Jiaqi Li,Danny J. Lohan,Shailesh N. Joshi,Paul V. Braun,Nenad Miljkovic +6 more
TL;DR: In this article , the authors investigate the pool boiling performance of micro channel microporous copper structures grown scalably on silicon wafers and develop guidelines for the scalable and facile development of high-capillarity conductive porous structures.
