TL;DR: It is suggested that the early testing of infected cases and monitoring the quarantine ward for newly hospitalized patients are effective measures for decreasing the incidence of COVID-19 within a hospital and the implementation of the preventive measures could reduce the size of a hospital outbreak.

Clonal Dissemination of Extended-Spectrum β-Lactamase (ESBL)-Producing Klebsiella pneumoniae Isolates in a Korean Hospital
TL;DR: A new multilocus sequence typing (MLST) scheme for K. pneumoniae based on five housekeeping genes was developed and was evaluated for 43 ESBL-producing isolate from an outbreak as well as 38 surveillance isolates from Korea and also a reference strain.

TL;DR: The 2009 H1N1 influenza vaccination coverage rate and the adverse events related to the monovalent vaccine in Korean health care workers were examined and there were no significant adverse events discouraging the vaccination.
