Effect of reresection in extremity soft tissue sarcoma.

TL;DR: Patients with extremity soft tissue sarcoma who undergo reresection with two "primary" operations have an improved survival compared with those who undergo one operation, and it is suggested that where indicated and possible, reresections should be liberally applied in patients with primary extremitysoft tissue Sarcoma.

Technical complications and durability of hepatic artery infusion pumps for unresectable colorectal liver metastases: an institutional experience of 544 consecutive cases.

TL;DR: In this large single institution experience, pump-related complications were low, the majority of early pump complications were salvaged, and pump complication rates improved as institutional experience accumulated.
